Description
It is a recently constructed house featuring 250 m² of space built with superior materials and decorated so as well. It was designed in the Modern-Ibizan style with a beautiful exteriors and a fantastic garden around a lavish blue swimming pool. An integrated Jacuzzi is built
right into the pool with the sea right in front of you.
On the upper floor is the main house with a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with hi quality kitchenware, a lavatory and three double bedrooms all en-suite with full bathrooms. On the upper floor as well is the garden, the pool, the outside dining area, a barbecue pit and a lavatory. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.
This luxury villa is located in a quiet upper-class neighbourhood of other villas. It is only five minutes from the famous beach Playa de Cala Salada. Ibiza town and the airport are 25 minutes away by car.
