Description

CACHI 3 is a spacious stunning and bright apartment in the heart of Lucca historic centre at PIAZZA SAN GIOVANNI facing its Church with a wonderful view over the Romanesque Façade white Carrara Marbles and Tiles. Every window is a picture. Gorgeous panorama from the balcony! Privileged view of the beauty of San Giovanni Square and inner gardens.

The apartment lies on the third floor of a Renaissance building and has ELEVATOR. The apartment is provided with air conditioning in the kitchen and sitting room and a very reliable WIFI connection provided by the national phone company.

Luxury from the beginning: an elevator leads you from the street level to the apartment's door. The apartment lies on a third floor and consists of an entrance with an open fully equipped modern kitchen connected to a large and bright living room with sofa, seats, a large flat tv, a table for 6 and a French windows opening onto a spacious panoramic terrace with another dining table for 6 and a sofa. The night area has two double bedrooms (one with a king sized bed and one with a single bed) and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Both Bedrooms have windows overlooking the façade of the Church of San Giovanni: the view is fantastic!

The apartment comes with all the modern comforts: dish-washer, washing machine, laundry facilities including WIFI and air conditioning in the living area.

You will love the magic atmosphere of this place. History from one side and modern amenities on the other side. Design furniture. Design lamps. Extremely-cared details. Important to know that the apartments have been recently totally restored in 2016. Even more important to know is that the owner is an architect, interior designer.. and this makes the result as a perfect place to stay.

Later check in, up to midnight, are possible with a little surcharge of 50 euros to pay in cash upon the arrival . After midnight is require 100 euros.

The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.

The closest Parking is Cittadella, located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.

We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers).

For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.
