Description
The apartment lies on the second floor and also has ELEVATOR. This is an antique palace inside the walls of Lucca once the residence of one of the most important families for the trade of silk in europe in 1400s… The location is superb, very central but in a very quiet block. The area is very beautiful as it is pedestrian area. Here there a couple of very good Pizzerias, grocery, bakery, pastry shop and cafe for breakfast in the morning.. everything is a few steps away as well as the weekly market and the access to the promenade on the top of the city's walls.
Elegant, Modern & Very Bright, CASA DANIELA offers a very comfortable stay, with all the modern comforts you may need and new, impeccable, beautiful furniture. All the details have been extremely cared.
The living room ceilings still have the original painted decoration from 1700s.
The apartment is very spacious and it measures 100 sq metres. It has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 5 ring stoves, freezer, refrigerator, italian and american coffee makers, toaster, kettle, a complete set of cooking utensils like at home, wine glasses etc..), a spacious living room with TV, a bathroom with a grand built in shower.
The apartment is also equipped with clothes washer and dryer, a very reliable wi-fi connection throughout the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioner that can be moved from living room to kitchen to one of the bedrooms.
Checking - in after 8.00pm is possible in request with a late check in fee of 50 euros, to be paid upon your arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increase to 100 euros.
