Description

The CASA ELEONORA apartment is a luxury ground floor apartment with wonderful views over an antique renaissance garden. The apartment lies on the ground floor of an antique Medieval palace dated back to middle age. The apartment is raised up from ground floor of 5 steps which makes it very bright and sunny.

The apartment is located in a very quiet corner of the town, just behind the Cathedral, in the area of the antique market. This area is very central and close to the train station (just 5 mins walking) but very quiet and apart from the crowds and tourist herds.

The apartment is AIR CONDITIONED and provided with a very reliable high speed WI-FI connection provided by the national phone company throughout as well as International Satellite TV channels

The apartment measures about 100 sq metres and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom for the day area, then 1 master bedroom with air conditioning with an ensuite luxury marble bathroom with built-in shower.

On the first floor a double bedroom with ensuite luxury bathroom with a built-in shower has a lovely view over the garden from high. This room can be sed as a second comfortable master bedroom that makes this apartment suitable for 2 couple travelling together, or for 2 singles travelling together hat do not wish to share a bedroom or for a couple travelling with guests visiting.

So, to resume, the total capacity of this apartment is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment has a laundry room equipped with iron, board, WASHING MACHINE and CLOTHES DRYER.

Checking - in after 8.00pm is possible in request with a late check in fee of 50 euros, to be paid upon your arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increase to 100 euros.

The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.

The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.

We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers).
