Una prestigiosa villa con piscina in tipico stile mediterraneo. Adagiata su tre livelli è composta da 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni, 2 saloni e cucina. E`consigliata a tutti coloro che intendono trascorrere una vacanza all`insegna del divertimento e dello sport (piscina, campo da tennis, palestra).Details
La villa è situata sulla collina occidentale di Santa Maria di Leuca a circa 500mt in linea d`aria dal mare Adriatico e 1200mt dal Mar Ionio.La villa si estende su 3500 mq di giardino con piscina al centro. Adiacente ad essa, il campo da tennis regolamentare. Entrambi sono serviti da uno spogliatoio con bagno e doccia, situato lungo il muro di cinta della villa.
Il retro della struttura è valorizzato da una piccola pineta ed un comodo forno in pietra provvisto di barbecue. A completare l`ambiente, un prezioso tavolo in marmo bianco ideale per cenare all’aperto.
All’interno l`immobile si sviluppa su tre livelli:
1) Terrazza con vista mare, cui si accede mediante scala esterna indipendente. Sulla terrazza si trova una dependance composta da una camera con letto alla francese e bagno/doccia. Affiancata una copertura leggera con porte a vetro scorrevoli ed un living interno con angolo cottura e lavatrice. Questo vano è climatizzato.
2) Al piano terra vi è una veranda ben ventilata con mobilio estivo cui segue la sala pranzo con 12 posti a sedere.Sul lato sinistro un corridoio collega il soggiorno e la cucina, con un signorile studio che all’occorrenza, funge da quarta camera da letto. Attraverso un disimpegno sul lato destro, si accede alla zona notte composta da tre camere da letto indipendenti: le prime due complete di bagni/doccia e la terza di uno adiacente con vasca idromassaggio.
3) Seminterrato. Esteso quasi quanto l`intero pian terreno, è composto da una grande sala giochi con biliardo all’italiana (senza buche) e da un`ulteriore ambiente dotato di una funzionale palestra. La climatizzazione è indipendente in ogni vano.
La soluzione ideale per comitive o famiglie desiderose di vivere il lusso in piena libertà.
