Very close to the Buck Rub pub and major trail access. Auto back up generator, fast WIFI and 3 flatscreen TV's. Trail access from land or over Lake Francis when safe. Close to ATV'ing, Snowmobile to Maine, Vermont, Canada and beyond. 2 minutes to the Buck Rub Pub, the Burg, the Rainbow Grill and other fantastic restaurants and bars. Close drive to Canada. SORRY NO PETS - NO EXCEPTIONS OTHER THAN CRATED HUNTING DOGS DURING BIRD DOG SEASON ONLY. Just have had too many problems. People with ALLERGIES ARE WELCOME in our homes. This is a gorgeous home that is very well kept and looked after. If you cant take good care of our home, if you cant clean up after yourselves, if you vacation with pets, if you are worried about damaging our home and worried about getting your security deposit back - then don't reserve our home.
The home is in a safe but very secluded rural mountain area and is protected legally in New Hampshire with exterior facing security cameras. Please be aware there are cameras facing the exterior of the rental home, each located on a side. If you choose to unplug cameras you must plug them back in before exiting the home.
Easy access. Simple drive to all major locations. Close access to stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking for 2 single or double trailers. (2) 24 ft trailers is OK in the winter

No trash pickup guests are to bring to the dump for free or take with them. Consumables are on the honor system. Spices, propane, condiments etc,,, if you use it up please replace for the next folks.
Recommend driving straight up Route 3 from Colebrook. Do NOT take 145. Just stay on Route 3 north all the way into Pittsburg.
