Description
Accommodation of 150 m² that has a living room with sofa, TV and fireplace, 2 bedrooms with double bed; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds; 3 bathrooms with shower and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi) and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Outside it has a garden with garden furniture, barbecue, children's area, private pool and outdoor parking within the property.
Located 13 minutes by car from the centre of Ericeira, 5 minutes by car from the centre of Ribamar and Santo Isidoro, 7 minutes by car from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach, 8 minutes by car from Coxos and São Lourenço beaches.
Note:
We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a bed tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
