Enjoying a villa holiday in the middle of idyllic nature? Then our Villa "Caeli" is the perfect place for you! It is quietly situated on the edge of the village of Draguzeti, not far from attractive bays and beaches on the east coast of Istria, which are only 15 minutes away by car. In the region around Rabac and Labin there are numerous offers for active vacationers, such as action parks for climbing, but also kayak trails and other water sports. If you prefer a lazy way, take your daily walk to the nearest market and make sure you have food and cool drinks. Directly in front of the door is also a sports and children's playground, so the children are also well served. The attractive coastal towns of Pula or Rabac are half an hour away, the nearest airport is also very close at 28km.Are you looking for a dream villa that meets the highest standards? Then you should read on right here, because this luxurious vacation home has it all! A modern design in combination with the wonderfully idyllic surroundings make it the ideal choice for a family vacation, for example. Villa "Caeli" convinces at first sight with puristic-modern architectonics. The conception of the cube-like building is emphasized in an idiosyncratic way by the stilt-like substructure. The dominant colors of the property are white, the lush green of the lawn and surrounding trees, and of course the infinite blue of the sky, which seems to be repeated in the mosaic-studded pool. In the 8-meter-long pool with practical corner stairs and counter-current system you can do real laps and then relax on the surrounding sunbathing terrace. Take your meals on the covered terrace overlooking the pool, which is slightly elevated. In the morning you can plan a quiet or active day together while smelling coffee at the breakfast table. Later you may return from an excursion, prepare dinner with the help of the brick barbecue and end the day in peace. In the light-flooded living area of the 170 m², modernly furnished and fully air-conditioned villa, a cozy atmosphere awaits you, which is as unpretentious as it is chic. On the first floor, from which you can directly access the terrace and pool area, you will find the living room with - thanks to the huge, floor-to-ceiling windows - great garden views. Separate from it is the dining and kitchen area, which has a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette for your self-sufficient self-catering days. Upstairs, accessible via a stylishly designed free-floating staircase, four beautiful bedrooms - again with garden views - await your very best vacation rest. All bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite and a TV.
