Description

Bright and modern third floor apartment in the Saint Stephen’s Gardens, the heart of Notting Hill. The property can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms both with king size beds, providing the comfort of 2 separate bathrooms and it is accessible by elevator. It belongs to ‘The Imperial Building’, a block of 8 flats sharing the same standards and quality, with CCTV cameras in the communal areas and a porter in the lobby.

In the living room, the wooden floors and the large blue sofa create a perfectly comfortable and cozy atmosphere to sit back and enjoy a movie or your favorite TV show. There is also a desk for those who travel for business. The open plan kitchen with marble counters boasts high quality Miele electric appliances including dishwasher and fridge/freezer and all cooking equipment needed for those wishing to cook for themselves. A washer/dryer can be found in the kitchen as well. The large round dining table is suitable for four people to enjoy leisurely meals with the family or friends.

Both bedrooms have a calm nude and grey aesthetic while offering spacious wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom giving privacy to its guests. There is one more bathroom with a cabin shower to relax after busy days and long walks.

The home located in the pleasant West London area of Notting Hill, which features many shops, cafes, pubs and parks. Take the time to have a stroll through the alluring alleyways and by the famous colored houses. In walking distance proximity are the tourist areas of Portobello Road, South Kensington and attractions like Hyde Park. Westbourne Park underground station is just a few minutes walk away with Hammersmith and Circle lines offering a good service to most central areas. Nearby Notting Hill Gate underground station is on the Central, District and Circle line from where you can access even more areas to all directions.
