Description

Become the newest resident of the East Village as you make a home in
this sun-lit studio apartment. Fully equipped with hardwood floors and
accented crisp white walls for a modern feel. The East Village has
become one of the most eclectic neighborhoods in Manhattan. Bustling
with busy streets and walking distance to Union Square, this
neighborhood boasts a handful of communal gardens, street art, shops,
and a serious food selection. Home to the largest park on the east
coast of the city, Tompkins Square Park is a great place for those
looking for activities or just a stroll. The East Village has plenty to
offer visitors and locals alike. This studio may be furnished or
unfurnished at the time of your move-in date.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
