Apartment located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.
The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and double sofa bed,
- a bedroom with Queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight, with an additional fee of €20. After midnight, check-in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will provide you with the keys to the apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and its operations, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. You will receive a refund from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If a cigarette smell is detected after your stay: €450.
Additional key: This service is reserved exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If they are left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range between €100 and €500, depending on the type of key.

Internet Use:
Please refrain from using Internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Please note that we are not responsible for internet malfunctions related to telecommunications operators, and this will not lead to compensation.
Professional Use and Photography:
Photo shoots, filming, professional meetings, or commercial uses are strictly prohibited without prior permission. Contact us for pricing and to obtain the necessary permissions.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Please be advised that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 23 years will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting this age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted for non-compliance with this rule.
