The condo is tastefully designed, with an effective layout coupling brilliantly with the modern interior composition. The interior design is contrived through modern black features mixed with west coast hardwoods to create a warm, inviting essence.
This condo is based around a contemporary, chic design, with modern black textures and west coast hardwoods comprising the backbone of the design scheme. The home is spacious through an open-concept structure, and ample light is allowed in through the presence of large windows. These windows and patio also give guests a chance to enjoy the stunning views offered from the 30th floor of this new building.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities offered within.
Whalley is one of Surrey's oldest neighbourhoods. It is a culturally vibrant community and home to Surrey City Hall, City Centre Library, Surrey Arts Centre, KPU and SFU universities and major festivals. Holland Park, Green Timbers, Bear Creek Park, and Whalley Athletic Park are just a few of the major parks in the area.
