DAWN 22 Nov, 2024Lovely cave house, daily breakfast, great soap/shampoo/conditioner provided, with view of the caldera. Since it was cold out we didn't use the hot tub but I imagine it works. You can't access the place directly by car though, and requires a very hilly/meandering 5-10 min walk, but the staff helps carry luggage when checking in and out so you don't need to worry about carrying the bags yourself. Read moreNEHA 03 Jul, 2024We had a number of issues with the experience. The location was very nice. The communication with the host is very poor. They say that the general manager is always available but they would not respond for half a day or not at all. At the check-in we were at the airport for one hour waiting for transfer that the general manager recommended we arrange directly with them. Which we did and the driver never showed up. Then the unit had dirty sheets on the bed and again no one responded until the next day. Small things like the hot tub did not heat up fully or the sauna. The unit and team need to do better on maintenance and service or simply be more honest on the communication of when they are available or not. At our check out, the team double charged us and we are still awaiting response. They need to do better on managing the details. We will not recommend this host group until it is improved. Read more
