Welcome to our high-spec large one-bedroom flat with spacious living/dining/kitchen and full bathroom. Suitable for couples, small families and up to four adults, this is your London base in fantastic Fulham Broadway, within 30 minutes of Soho and the West End.
The flat is located in a beautiful 1850s Victorian villa, extensively restored in 2020.
Please note this apartment is on the 4th floor above ground. It has great views overlooking gardens and is above any street-level noise. Unfortunately it is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations. There is no lift / elevator.
You will be within minutes of Fulham Broadway tube station on the District line. Just around the corner is Eel Brook Common and within 10 minutes walk is the famous (and posh) Parsons Green. Top supermarkets Waitrose and Whole Foods are less than 5 minutes away.
We provide a list of 20 restaurants we personally recommend, all within easy walking distance.
If you're a tennis fan, Queens Club is a short 20 minutes' walk and Wimbledon is less than 1/2 hour by excellent public transport.
Football fans can walk 5 minutes to Chelsea FC at the famous Stamford Bridge stadium, while Fulham FC is an easy 20 minutes' walk.
Heathrow, Gatwick and City airports are all about an hour away on convenient Tubes and trains.

Your master bedroom and en-suite is in a main-floor flat in a well-appointed semi-detached Victorian villa. The villa is arranged over five stories and is exceptionally wide for the Fulham area.
The property is within easy walking distance of the famous Kings Road in Chelsea with its upmarket shops and restaurants.
For visitors the bus is actually better than the Tube, and there are at least 10 routes going from stops along Fulham Broadway within a few minutes' walk.
