In the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Cosy apartment block Residenza Chesa Margun, 1815 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 7 houses in the residence. In the district of Surlej, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 5 m from the edge of the forest, 1 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Childrens playground (slide, swing). In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra).
