This beautiful Ibicencan villa is located near the picturesque town. The villa offers stunning views over the tranquil bay of the beach and is just 5 minutes away from the vibrant and cosmopolitan area.
The interior space of 350 m2 offers 4 luxurious bedrooms and 5 fully equipped bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors and an apartment in the garden.
Exterior spaces include an outdoor dining terrace with an adjoining covered outdoor kitchen, renewed swimming pool, playing area as well as plenty of shaded areas within the completely fenced garden.
The house is decorated with totally new furniture that provides the house with a unique look and excellence, full of emotion, passion, and a compelling perspective.
Enjoy your daytime by the infinity pool or treat yourself to an afternoon drink on the sundeck with a spectacular sunset. The property is fully air-conditioned and has access to very good WiFI.
Perfect villa for a family. We have soccer goals and a trampoline for children. Also, there is a playstation corner.
The garden around the villa gives enough space for children to play outside.
