Stay in a stylish renovated apartment in the heart of Athens and reveal the magnificence of Acropolis neighborhood. The new Museum of Acropolis, the entrance to Acropolis & Parthenon, the amazing neighborhood of Plaka are all a few steps away from our doorstep.Acropolis Boutique Residence is strategically located in the safest area of Athens which gives you the opportunity to explore Athens by foot. All major sights of Athens are located in walking distance.
The master bedroom (bedroom with its own bathroom) features a large queen size double bed and the other one features two single beds (with the possibility to connect them and make it a double queen). All beds are equipped with American imported mattresses and furnished with high quality linens and pillows which provide to the guests an ultimate sleeping experience.
In each bedroom has a 45’ smart TV flat screen, individual stereo system with USB gates and separately ample closet space.
The living room features two comfortable sofas, one of which turns into an extra comfortable queen size double bed. The living room also includes a 50’ smart TV ultra HD 4k flat screen with surround sound system.
The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The residence is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board as long as with space for luggage storage.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and two blow dryers. The bathroom amenities are provided by a very well known Greek brand.

The dining room area can accommodate up to 6 visitors for a superb meal.
The house is centrally heated during the winter months as well as individually air-conditioning units to all spaces.
Bill & John’s home is located in Koukaki, Athina, Greece.
The residence is located at 35 Falirou Str. which is just a shouting distance away from all the major historical sights. The Sygrou Fix metro station is 50 meters away and the Acropolis metro Station is 350 meters away and other public transportation stops are within 50 meters away.
Acropolis historical monument is 500 meters away and The New Acropolis Museum is 350 meters away as well as the Herodion venue and ancient Theatre of Dionysus. Really close to the apartment you can find the Ancient Agora, Temple of Zeus and other historical and cultural monuments. All shops such as bakery, super market, grocery store, and variety of small tipical greek taverns and cosy cafes are in a walking distance.
Within walking distance from the apartment are other major landmarks such as Syntagma square, Plaka area , Monastiraki market as well as the major city’s shopping hotspots.
