Apartment in the Levante area. Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub and capacity for 4 people.
Accommodation of 80 m² comfortable and very bright, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.

It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community swimming pool + children's pool, heated community swimming pool, children's area, tennis court, padel court, garden, private garage space in the same building, 2 Televisions (1 Smart TV), iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

    the apartment has a very nice view on the 22nd floor, that is the only positive. The inventory was very poor and incomplete, old and dirty. no vacuum cleaner. Furniture is worn out. Roller shutters do not work well and make a lot of noise when the wind blows. There is a lot of noise from the street until 2-3 in the night. Air conditioning cannot be regulated and blows very dirty air. There is also nothing available, everything you buy such as salt and pepper you have to throw away otherwise you will get a fine, there is no thought at all about saving or sustainability, only making money. We won't be coming back here again.
