Villa Splendida is a two level villa enjoying scenic views and modern comfort, with a separate private one bedroom guesthouse, nestled next to the main Villa. Initially designed according to the iconic Cycladic architectural style but equipped with state of the art design aspects for a luxury experience. With over 500sq.m of premium living space Splendida can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus upon request another four).

The main house consists of four bedrooms. A master king suite with en suite bathroom, a queen size bedroom with en suite bathroom, a two single bedded room with en suite bathroom and a two single bedded roomwhich uses the fourth bathroom of the house right next to the room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a separate game room and a fitness room.

The sophisticated and elegant grounds offer outdoor pool bar and lounge, bbq with its own dining area and a sport arena consisting of tennis and basketball court. Oriented in the West and overlooking the Island of Antiparos, it offers breathtaking and unforgettable views.

    This home is so beautiful and off the beaten path. The home accommodated three families with a new baby very comfortably! The view & pool are the highlights. Every area of the house & property offer unique spaces. Very well maintained with plenty of linens, cookware, & other amenities. The host was outstanding and was always available to help. He went above & beyond with several of our requests, even arranging dinner for our arrival. Special touches also added to a great experience! Thank you so much, Theo!
