Description

House with a unique view, between Mafra and Ericeira, with 74 m2, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. It has a living room with sofa, wood-burning stove and dining area, two bedrooms with double bed, one room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. Outside, it has a 20 m2 terrace with dining area and barbecue, lawn garden, swimming pool and a wooden annex supporting the pool. It also has internet (wifi), hair dryer, iron and washing machine. Located 3.6 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the centre of Mafra and 8 km from Ericeira and the beaches. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
