Description
The apartment is located along the central street Via Guinigi, right in front of the famous Guinigi Tower (Torre Guinigi).
The apartment lies on the 4th floor and it has elevator that arrives only at the 3rd floor then there are 2 flights of stairs to do. It has windows all around overlooking the roofs of Lucca and it is very bright.
Composition:
Entrance, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 new bathroom built in 2013 with built-in shower.
The apartment has WiFi internet connection throughout as well as International Satellite TV channels
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, 5 ring stoves, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee maker, etc.
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
Later check in, up to midnight, are possible with a little surcharge of 50 euros to pay in cash upon the arrival . After midnight is require 100 euros.
