This home is just right for those who like contemporary style and thoughtful design combined with practical living.
In an area between Wandsworth and Clapham Commons in SW London, it’s a stone’s throw from fashionable Northcote Road and Bellevue Road both with independent stores and boutiques for the discerning shopper. Stop for refreshments at one of the many cafes like Gail’s Bakery or Caffe Nero.
Travelling into central London is easy from Clapham Junction, a ten-minute walk away. Here you can catch a direct train to either Victoria or Waterloo and then pick up a connecting tube line.
Your Home
You will instantly feel at home as you approach this attractive Victorian terrace home situated in a leafy, residential street. The stylish reception room provides a perfect space to relax and unwind. Being open-plan, adults can keep an eye on youngsters as they read or watch TV. In the evening fellow guests can gather on the sofas or at the wooden dining table while the chef of the group cooks delicious meals in the kitchen with its polished concrete worktops and brushed steel cupboards. On spring and summer evenings, eat al-fresco in the smart landscaped patio garden.
The elegance continues upstairs. A restful night’s sleep awaits in the master bedroom with its sumptuous dark blue walls and stylish furnishings including silk-covered wardrobe doors. There is also a luxurious en-suite shower room. Children are well catered for in the bunk-bed room and a separate WC is also found on the first floor.
Fellow guests can enjoy their stay tucked away privately in another double bedroom on the upper floor with an ornamental balcony overlooking the garden, and use of the modern family bathroom. There is also a utility area situated behind the bathroom with a combination washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

Families can get their daily work-out walking, cycling or jogging on the vast green space of Wandsworth or Clapham Commons. If you like being pampered try the Townhouse Northcote Road or The Lemon Tree. Stroll across Wandsworth Common to Bellevue Road for coffee at Bonsai Espresso Room or eat at the smart brasserie Brinkleys. Access to central London (Victoria and Waterloo) and Gatwick Airport is quick and easy from Clapham Junction mainline station. Direct trains go into Victoria where you can pick up the Victoria, Circle and District underground lines or Waterloo on the Northern, Jubilee and Bakerloo lines. From Victoria, it is one stop to Sloane Square and two to South Kensington where you will find all the famous museums. There are several bus routes nearby including the 319 all the way to fashionable Sloane Square.
