Conveniently located just 2km from the village and its pristine beaches (800 meters of which is a country road inlands from the main road), 4 km from the airport of Paros and 12 km from the port of Paros. This new construction offers the comforts of home and the relaxation you are searching for overlooking the calm waters of the Aegean blue sea. Unwind and relax in the mini pool- jacuzzi(4mX2,5m) or sunbathe on the large outdoor terrace which provides panoramic views of the blue waters. Built-in sofas and sun-beds are provided throughout the spacious terrace and an additional outdoor table allows you to enjoy your morning coffee or to dine under the pergola and watch the colourful sunsets or the stars above.The entire living space is decorated with soft muted colors, modern furnishings, air conditioning and WiFi. The bright living room area features modern furniture and is overlooking the pool and the magnificent sea below. The spacious dining area is fully accessible to the outdoor terrace. The open kitchen design is fully furnished and equipped with all your needs .
All five air conditioned and fully furnished bedrooms are elegant and provide great comfort. Each bedroom has a private terrace with sea and mountain views. There are three modern bathrooms ,two with rain showers and the other with a bathtub.
