Description
From the moment you step through the charming garden gate, a sense of exclusivity and serenity envelops you. The private parking area leads to the main entrance, where traditional Cypriot elegance meets modern convenience. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout, the lounge and dining area are traditionally furnished, offering a cozy retreat with large patio doors that flood the space with natural light and lead to the front terraces and pool area—both showcasing the great sea views. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need from morning coffee on the terrace to gourmet home-cooked meals.
Two beautifully appointed bedrooms are located on this level. A front-facing double bedroom with an en-suite shower enjoys its own private balcony with direct pool access, perfect for soaking in the tranquil morning breeze. A second double bedroom with an en-suite shower has been designed for easy accessibility, making it ideal for guests with mobility needs. At the rear of the villa, a covered entertainment space awaits, complete with a pool table and table tennis, offering hours of fun.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where the views become even more spectacular. A charming twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The spacious front balcony, accessible from the landing, provides breathtaking, unobstructed views of Agia Marina Bay, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A utility area and a private sauna room (available upon request) offer additional convenience and relaxation. The master bedroom, a luxurious sanctuary, includes full en-suite facilities and patio doors opening to a sea-facing balcony, where the golden hues of the sunset paint the perfect backdrop.
The villa’s expansive outdoor spaces are designed for pure indulgence. The enormous private pool, accessible via Roman steps, is the perfect place to cool off under the Mediterranean sun. A pool cover and heating option are available upon request, allowing for year-round enjoyment. The spacious sun terraces offer plenty of loungers, inviting you to relax and soak up the Cypriot sunshine. For those who love al fresco dining, the built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for enjoying freshly grilled meals while watching the spectacular sunsets that Agia Marina is famous for.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned free of charge. Air-conditioning in the lounge is available at an additional cost of €14 per day, payable directly to the owner. The heated pool is available upon request for a minimum four-day operation at €85 per day. The sauna can also be operated upon request, with arrangements to be made with the owner. Entertainment options include a pool table and table tennis for added fun.
