Description

The 4 bedroom nature house, for 8 persons, is placed directly on the beach on the Island of Žirje. The island of Žirje is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.The house has two floors, on each floor there are two bedrooms, a kitchen (gas refrigerator and a gas stove) with dining area and a bathroom.The bedrooms on the ground floor are both with double beds, while on the upper floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are prepared for the guests and fresh one arrives once a week. The beach towels are not available, kindly bring your own. On the ground floor there is a large roofed and furnished terrace, and on the first floor equally large balcony. A barbecue is placed in the garden.The water should be spent here sparingly. Running cold water is installed in the both kitchens and the bathroom on the first floor. The hot water is in the bathroom on the ground floor and outside shower. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing.This holiday rental is accessible by car, by a ferry between Sibenik an the island of Zirje and then on an asphalt road to the holiday house. We ask you kindly to consider, in your travel plans, that the car-ferry on the line Sibenik - Zirje operates only twice a day. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.
