House can accommodate with comfort a big family or a large group of friends in its 300 square meters of property. Pool size is 91 sqm with hydro massage and children pool and BBQ .Details
Around the pool you can find sun loungers, umbrellas, a lovely garden and a lounge/sitting area. The villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a WC and sleeps up to 9 guests. It provides satellite TV in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Property has a wonderful sea view from the top floor balcony where you can enjoy while drinking you coffee.On the ground level there is a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 9 persons, one bedroom with King size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a common WC. On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms with large double beds and en-suite bathrooms. In the garage area you can find a road access lock-up garage with one car space and direct entry access to the lower floor of the villa.
