The Villa is at the heart of this complex. It is a two-storey house with internal staircase (maisonette), offering unforgettable accommodation for 8 people. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with twin beds, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and WC. The double glaze door gives access to the veranda and swimming pool area. On the 1st level, there are two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, WC and verandas with endless views. The rooms are fully furnished and decorated with exceptional and stylish design with the emphasis on luxury and functionality. Amenities such as fast VDSL WI-FI internet, air conditioning, heating and full HD Satellite smart TV will make your accommodation feel more like home. Every bedroom has a double bed and two bedside tables, a dressing table and wardrobes. The kitchensare fully equipped withall modern appliances such as coffee maker (Nespresso machine is also included), kettle, toaster, juicer, mini chopper, mixer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washer/dryer and oven with ceramic hob. The large dining tables with comfortable chairs are perfect for a family or convivial dinner. The stylish living area offers a lounge, dining area, fireplace, TV, micro stereo system, WI-FI internet access and telephone. There is also a corner sofa-bed and coffee table. Triopetra beach is located about 47km south of Rethymno (45 minutes by car) and 12km southeast of the village of Akoumia, at the foot of the mountain Siderotas. It is very accessible by car though the paved road, which starts from Akoumia village. Triopetra consists of two beaches, which are separated by a small peninsula. At the edge of peninsula, three majestic rocks rise.
