The space
The villa is a 10,000 sq. ft. (929 m2) luxury villa in 2 levels with 6 bedrooms – 4 bedrooms inside the main house and 2 bedrooms located outside in individual guest bungalows.
As you arrive at the villa through the lighted entry columns, you drive over a quaint wooden bridge with manicured gardens on both sides.
The fresh interior of this villa invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation in the comforts of a private home. The villa is both elegant and offers a relaxed vibe where you can spend quality time together with your family & friends.
The villa is air-conditioned but also offers you plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm, Caribbean air. Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool and soak in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy a delicious lunch served on the terrace overlooking the golf course and take a nap poolside and let the Caribbean breeze carry you away…
The villa also has 2 large rooftop terraces that are perfect if you want to do outdoor yoga in the morning or just have a private place to relax and read a book.
-DOWNSTAIRS-
The 1st guest bungalow suite is located in the beautiful garden in front of the main house and offers spacious accommodation with a King bed, flat-screen TV, closet and a full bathroom.
The 2nd guest bungalow suite is located next to the swimming pool with a view towards the golf course. This bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, closet and a full bathroom.
Walkthrough the impressive entrance of the main house and you will immediately feel the warm, tropical breeze welcoming you home.
The spacious kitchen*, TV- and game room, sitting area and formal dining room are located on the 1st (ground) floor.
*The villa includes a personal chef to cook all meals (groceries are not included). If guests want to use the kitchen to cook their own meals, the chef must be present as many of the kitchen items belong to him personally.
-UPSTAIRS-
The 4 bedrooms are all located upstairs. The master bedroom (1,000 sq. ft.) has a 4-poster king-size bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area, vanity area with plenty of closet space and large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The 2nd bedroom has two queen-size beds, flat-screen TV, private bathroom and direct access to the balcony and two rooftop terraces with impressive views of the golf course.
The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, dresser and a Jack & Jill bathroom.
The 4th bedroom has two queen-size beds, flat-screen TV, ample closet space a Jack & Jill bathroom and direct access to the balcony and two rooftop terraces with impressive views of the golf course.

-VILLA STAFF-
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a maid, a butler, and a chef included. Your personal chef will prepare all of your meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The maid comes by daily to clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels, and linens. The butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc. The butler lives in the adjacent staff quarters, located behind the kitchen.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival (additional fees apply). Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

Once you book the Villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
