This is a wonderful place for you to stay with your family and/or friends and enjoy a Caribbean vacation with sun, beach, tennis, and golf!
The space
The property is a beautiful single-level villa with 4 bedrooms. The decor is kept in a Caribbean style with lots of rich wood furniture combined with white linens and white tiled floors which give the entire space a modern feel. The decor is refreshingly minimal and very comfortable with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and sitting areas for you to enjoy.
The villa is perfect for families who want to spend a nice, relaxing vacation in the Caribbean! Guests can enjoy a very private oasis with a large backyard with lawn, a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, a beautiful swimming pool & a heated Jacuzzi with a surrounding deck, sunbeds, and an outdoor shower.
The backyard is completely surrounded by lush trees and palm trees and there is a volleyball net available.
The covered terrace is a wonderful living space with a sofa area and an outdoor dining table. You will probably spend most of your vacation time in this outdoor area, together with your family & friends.
Enjoy this private oasis, spend your days in and around the pool and soak up the sun on a sunbed by the pool. This is your dream vacation… The outdoor terrace is the perfect place to relax during the day, eat, drink, listen to music.
DOWNSTAIRS:
This villa has only one floor (level), which makes it ideal for guests of all ages and families traveling with children. The downstairs area is a lovely, open floor plan with double-height ceilings and skylight windows. The living area has several sitting areas with sofas, chairs and ottomans and a TV. There is a small dining table in the living room area – perfect for card games. The living area has both air condition and ceiling fans. From the living room, you can slide open the big windows and step out onto the pool deck.
The indoor dining room is air-conditioned and has a unique chandelier. This is a great place to enjoy your “formal” dinners. The dining table is a gorgeous dark-wood table which seats 8 people comfortably. From the dining room, you can slide open the big windows and you will have access to a small terrace with outdoor furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation and you will also have an outdoor BBQ (gas grill) available. If you prefer to hire a personal chef for the duration of your stay, so you don’t have to worry about cooking, you also have that possibility ($).
The villa has 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have a TV, air-condition, closet, dresser, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the remaining 3 bedrooms each have 2 queen beds.

-VILLA STAFF-
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a waiter and a maid included in the villa rental. Your waiter will help serve your meals and drinks during the day (food & beverages are not included). The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels, and linens.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price
-CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE-
The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:
• Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
• Kids under 4 years old: FREE
The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($)
*Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members-only golf course).
