For your comfortable and carefree stay a maid and a houseman to do all-round work around the property will be at your service!
The space
Our incredible villa is located at Cap Cana Resort, a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, Juanillo Beach. You’ll find another great beach at Api Beach Club at the marina. This is a smaller beach situated in a cove by the mouth of the marina and the beach club has a swimming pool, restaurant & bar.
Cap Cana is also home to the best golf course in the Caribbean - Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean ($). This course is ranked #1 golf course in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine. The villa is just 1.5 miles from the clubhouse of the Punta Espada golf course.
The property is conveniently located approx. 8 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive and you’ll arrive at the villa. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).
-THE SPACE-
This private 12,000 sq. ft. luxury villa is built in 2 levels and has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. This villa is located on the Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean), secluded from the course for ultimate privacy. The villa is one of the most amazing and beautifully decorated vacation rental villas available in this area and offers both luxurious accommodations in one of the most exclusive, gated communities. The style of the villa is contemporary and elegant with a Caribbean vibe.
The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, TV, air-conditioning, and closet. 2 bedrooms are located downstairs and 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have impressive, high vaulted ceilings that make these rooms spacious and comfortable.
This villa has a fantastic swimming pool & Jacuzzi and large surrounding pool deck with sunbeds. You can lounge and dine at the unique palapa (roof covered terrace) which has a sofa sitting area and dining table (seats 12 people). Enjoy drinks on the covered terrace which even has a small bar. The outdoor area is completely surrounded by a lush tropical garden, making this space very private and serene. The pool area and garden and gives you the perfect space to enjoy with your friends and family.
Spend your days playing in the swimming pool, soaking up the sun on the deck or find a cooler spot in the shade. You will have plenty of room to unwind and make yourself feel at home.
-DOWNSTAIRS-
As you pull up to the large entrance of the villa, you’ll never guess what’s behind the double front door. Stepping inside the villa is like stepping into a magical oasis – a villa that has opulent indoor and outdoor spaces, where the warm Caribbean breeze is always present and where natural elements of wood, water, stone, and plants welcome you to your own, private paradise.
The unique indoor pond that surrounds the spectacular wooden staircase divides the house and takes you upstairs to 3 of the 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms located downstairs. Both bedrooms have a king bed, TV, a/c, closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Every room in this villa is beautifully decorated in its own style and there is nothing that does not please the eye.
The large kitchen with island offers a good working space with all of the necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals during your vacation and has direct access to a small terrace, which is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.
The spacious living room and dining room (seats 12 people) are located in two separate rooms. The living room is a beautiful space with lots of tropical colors that has a big sofa, sitting area, TV, stereo and also a dining table for 6 people. You can close this room to keep it cool and air-conditioned or you can open the 2 sets of doors to let the warm breeze in.
Outside, you can enjoy the pool area. You’ll have your own, private swimming pool with the wading area (perfect for kids) and Jacuzzi. The outdoor area is the ideal place to enjoy a casual lunch and afternoon snacks - poolside.
-UPSTAIRS-
There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs. The master suite is a spacious bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, canopy king bed, TV, a/c, ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower and bathtub, walk-in closet and sitting area. From the master suite, you can step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the view or relax in private.
The other 2 bedrooms both have 2 queen beds, TV, vaulted ceilings, a/c and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub.

-VILLA STAFF-
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a full-time houseman and a maid included. The houseman does all-round work around the property and the maid is there to clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Additional fees apply to all extra services. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
