Casa Giorgia is a panoramic villa arranged over three independent levels, recently renovated and tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style. Located on the east side of Praiano, in a central yet quiet and private area, it offers a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of friends.

Thanks to its elevated position, the villa boasts breathtaking sea views and spacious terraces equipped for outdoor relaxation. Just 40 steps from the main road, it combines elegance, functionality, and a strategic location, with all essential services within walking distance.

The villa is organized across three independent levels:

FIRST FLOOR

• Living room with double sofa bed (bed size 160x190 cm)
