Description

VILLA RIO NILO is a detached and magnificent property recently refurbished, situated in Los Manantiales Urbanization, considered one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre. This is a great location of total tranquillity and privacy. The town centre, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately less than 1km from the Villa.

MAIN FLOOR

-KITCHEN - A perfect space to practice your best recipes. Amongst the existing appliances there is an oven, a combo fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances and a table that seats up to 6 people. Through the kitchen there is also access to backyard which takes you to the BBQ area.

-LIVING/DINING ROOM: Tastefully designed and spacious living room which features a 6-seater corner sofa, 42' Full HD TV, Non-Functional fireplace, centralized Hot/Cold air conditioning, and large windows with views of the garden and pool. Additionally, in this area, there is a nice dining table for mealtime, comfortably seating up to 8 guests. WIFI connection is available through-out the house, as well as centralised air conditioning on the first and second floors.

-TOILET: In the main corridor, there is a toilet with a wash basin.

-BATHROOM A: Consists of a complete bathroom with a shower stall.

-BEDROOM A: Consists of two single beds (90x200cm) with a built-in wardrobe, centralized air conditioning and ceiling fan.

-BEDROOM B: Consists of double bed (150x200cm), with a built-in wardrobe, centralized air conditioning, En-suite bathroom with a shower and a large window overlooking the garden and pool.



TOP FLOOR

-BEDROOM C: Walking up the circular staircase you will find the 2nd master bedroom which consists of a double bed (150x200cm), a walk-in closet, centralized air conditioning, bathroom with a bathtub, and a window overlooking the garden and pool. (The bathtub is not used as a jacuzzi as it non-functional due to Sanitary Regulations.)



Lower-Level BASEMENT

-ENTERTIANMENT ROOM: A spacious living room with a 55-inch SMART TV, 3+2-seater sofa, and a dining table for up to 6 people.

-TOILET B: There is a toilet with a washing machine and dryer.

-BEDROOM D: Consists of a double bed (150x200cm) with a built-in wardrobe and window.

-BEDROOM E: Consists of two single beds (90x190cm) and bunk-beds, a built-in wardrobe and a window letting in natural light. Board games are available for children.

-GAME ROOM: A fun area where you can find a billiard table, foosball, darts, and a ping-pong table. A refrigerator for snacks and drinks.


OUTDOOR Garden and Pool Area

There is a huge terrace surrounding the entire property with two separate areas within it:

- Garden area, with a non-heated swimming pool open all year round, where you can take a dip in the summer to alleviate the high temperatures.

- BBQ area, in the summer season, there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on our wood-fire barbecue or in the traditional style, with a table for up to 12 guests to enjoy a pleasant outdoor meal.


PARKING: The residence has 2 parking spaces located on the same plot.
