Description

Located in the center of Calahonda, Mijas Costa, this third-floor apartment (with elevator) has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, spacious living/dining room with TV (international channels) and a sliding door that leads to a terrace with partial sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a second and third bedroom with two single beds each. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry area where a washer/dryer is available.

The complex to which this property belongs has extensive communal gardens, a main swimming pool and another adapted for children. In the vicinity, you will find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Calahonda beach is a 15-minute walk away, making car use unnecessary for your movements. If you wish to visit other towns, Marbella or Fuengirola are 15 minutes by car, and Málaga is 30 minutes away.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
