This unit has been nicely renovated. You will love the fabulous modern kitchen with full size breakfast bar, solid surface countertops, and newer appliances. It is equipped with everything you might need for a family vacation. The open living area includes an adjacent dining area and opens up onto a large balcony with ocean views. The interior design could be described as Costa Rican modern beach style. An indoor staircase takes you to the bedroom level. The primary bedroom features extra storage, a king bed, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom is equally spacious, has 2 individual beds and one queen bed, and offers guests plenty of room to store their items.
Presidential Suites is conveniently located close to services, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and hotels. There's no shortage of things to do. As part of this exclusive community, you have access to two beautiful pools, fitness centre, secured parking and 24-hour security. Please note that the complex doesn't have a lift and that the condo is only accessible via stairs.
Playa Flamingo is home to the most pristine beach in Costa Rica offering snorkelling, swimming and water sports. In fact, this property is a stone's throw from the brand-new Flamingo Marina guaranteeing you incredible sailboat filled sunsets from your private veranda.
