Ideal for a couple, group or family, this flexible 1-bedroom apartment for 4 features a spacious living room with access to a terrace balcony with alfresco dining set. A modern fitted kitchen complements the inviting living space, whilst a double sofa bed provides welcome flexibility. The master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and large fitted wardrobe provides a restful ambience for a couple looking to stay.
The 2nd floor apartment is situated within a 7-storey residence with lift access. Thanks to its central location in Desenzano del Garda, guests do not need to worry about bringing their car on holiday.
The balcony is shared with 2 other apartments, with divisions in between to maintain privacy.

The modern apartment is located along ‘Via Tommaso dal Molin’. Guests are placed 7 minutes’ walk from the harbour and resort-friendly centre of Desenzano del Garda, where a fabulous range of authentic restaurants, cafes and bars can be savoured. The popular family beach provides a carefree setting for holiday enjoyment, whilst the ancient castle offers a romantic back drop to this very picturesque lake town.
Train links from Desenzano offer easy access to Verona, Venice, Milan and Brescia, whilst the road and ferry links offer proximity to the famous spas of Sirmione (14 minutes’ drive away) and the local nearby resorts of Manerba del Garda, Salo, Limone sul Garda, Riva del Garda, Bardolino and Garda.
Families are well placed for reaching Gardaland and Movieland (22 minutes’ drive) and also Caneva Park (27 minutes’ drive). Golfing fans will also find the Arzaga Golf club nearby (16 minutes’ drive).
The closest airports to the holiday apartment are Verona (30 minutes’ drive) and Milan Bergamo (50 minutes’ drive).
