Description

Holidays2Malaga Victoria 32 Bajo is our stunning vacation apartment located on one of the most emblematic and central streets of the city of Malaga, Calle la Victoria.

La Victoria is one of the historic neighborhoods belonging to the city center district of Malaga. It is situated at the foot of Monte Gibralfaro, which is 800 meters from the apartment. Built in the 14th century to house troops and protect the Alcazaba, it is now one of the most visited sites in Malaga where you can walk along its walls with impressive views of the city or enter its Interpretation Center to learn about its history.

Just a few meters from the apartment is Plaza de la Merced. Picasso was born in this square located in the heart of Malaga; in fact, you can visit the Museo Casa Natal Pablo Ruiz Picasso. Part of this museum contains works by the artist, and there are also rooms preserved as they were when the painter lived there. A truly interesting place not to be missed.

From Plaza de la Merced, Alcazabilla Street leads you to the Roman Theatre, at the foot of the Alcazaba, just 400 meters from the apartment. The Roman Theatre of Malaga is one of the living symbols of Roman Hispania in the city. It has a modern interpretation center located next to it, where you can learn about life and customs of the time through new technologies. Its original use has also been recovered, offering performances inside.

As you can see, the apartment is very close to all the monuments and places of interest in the historic center of Malaga: about 500 meters from the Flamenco Museum on Calle Ramón Franquelo; about 750 meters from the Cathedral and the Cathedral Museum. At 900 meters, you can enjoy the Thyssen Museum.

You cannot leave Malaga without taking a stroll along Calle Larios, the main shopping artery of the city. Perfect for walking with family, a partner, friends, or alone.

The apartment is very well connected. In Plaza de la Merced, you will find a taxi stand, and along the street where the apartment is located, there are several bus stops.

La Malagueta beach is just a 10-minute walk away, passing under the Alcazaba Tunnel. The airport is a 20-minute drive.

The apartment, with a maximum capacity for 5 people, is really modern, comfortable, and features a very attractive contemporary decorative style. The living/dining room has an integrated kitchen. The kitchen is simply fantastic, with plenty of storage space and very well-equipped with utensils and appliances: combined fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

A solid solid wood table separates the kitchen from the living room. The living room has an electronic corner sofa where you can press a button to choose the most comfortable position to watch the large TV or take a nap.

From the living room, you access the terrace, which is a little over 20 square meters. A terrace with furniture for coffee afternoons or wonderful dinners on summer nights. The apartment is also very quiet, as the patio is interior and street noise is not noticeable.

It has two bathrooms, one in the hallway for guests or visitors, with a shower and glass partition, and another in one of the bedrooms. It has two bedrooms, both with two single beds, and a fifth folding bed if needed. The showers are wonderful, with large shower heads and rain effect, almost like in a spa.
