This home is flooded with natural light, located in a quiet residential community, with cafes, restaurants and shops just a half a mile away.
Plenty of public parking and downtown Fort Lauderdale is just 15 mins by car. Boca Raton is 20 minutes.
Great family layout - 3 Bedrooms with King size beds, and a 4th Bedroom with bunk beds, that can also be used as an office.
Back yard has a large covered area, heated pool and gas grill.
Inside has a large family room, perfect for movie nights!
