Detailed Villa Naya Desciption
Indoor Area
Villa Naya in Lefkada offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Villa Naya is 110 square meters in size and is laid out over two levels. The ground floor is set out with an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with sit down island and large sliding doors filling the space with natural light and creating an indoor-outdoor experience like no other. Additionally on the ground level of the villa is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a luxury of a private balcony to soak up the mountain and sea views. Via internal staircase you move down to the lower level of Villa Naya where you will find the other three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms both with private access to the outdoor deck area. The double bedroom on the lower level consists of an en-suite bathroom, also giving you direct access to the outdoor deck area. In the hallway of the lower ground level is a family bathroom.
Outdoor Area
Running along the front of the ground level of the villa, is the main outdoor terrace of Villa Naya in Lefkada featuring a private pool with sea and mountain views. To one side of the house away from the pool is a fully equipped BBQ area with views of Dessimi Bay in the background. Around the private pool there is range of seating options, with sun-beds to soak up the Greek sun. The stand out feature of the outdoor area are the large metal columns and wooden beams of the pergola, creating a unique and stylish design which with the movement of the sun creates shade to give you those little corners to lay back and read your latest novel. Additionally the villa provides private parking. All in all, Villa Naya gives you everything and more of what you expect from a Greek Villa Holiday.
