Casa Vacanze Portanuova is a spacious and modern apartment located on the ground floor of Chiasso Portanuova 23, in the heart of Monopoli’s historic center.
Perfect for couples, families or small groups, it can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to two comfortable double bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The living and kitchen area is bright and open, equipped with everything you need for a worry-free stay: induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available to start your day with flavor.
Year-round comfort is ensured by centralized heating and cooling, along with ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi.
The location is ideal for exploring Monopoli on foot: Porta Vecchia beach is just a few meters away, and in a few minutes you can reach all the main coves, restaurants, bars, and local shops.
The property is located within a ZTL (limited traffic zone): car access and parking directly at the apartment are not allowed.
