Framed by the whitewashed houses of Monopoli’s old town, Cala Porta Vecchia is one of the city’s most charming areas, with crystal-clear waters and a timeless atmosphere. Right here, at Via Papacenere 14, nestled beside the imposing 16th-century walls that once protected the city, you’ll find MaLì Room—just steps from the open-air artillery museum.
Although Cala Porta Vecchia beach is currently closed for redevelopment, the property is located in the heart of the historic center, just minutes from the sea and all major attractions. The Old Port and the Cathedral are less than a 5-minute walk away, as is Carlo V Castle. Monopoli’s train station is around 15 minutes away on foot.
