Description

Modest semi-detached villa with private pool and sea views located a few meters from the commercial zone and the beach, The villa La Pau has been renovated, making this property a popular one. The two storey house has its own private entrance. The first floor is the main part of the house and includes a lounge-dining area with air-conditioning, all decorated in menorcan style, an equipped kitchen, two double rooms and a recently reformed bathroom.

The good sized partially covered terrace is a perfect setting for dinner. Downstairs, at the same level as the pool, there is a double room with shower room and a small lounge area. This part of the house has its own entrance and is totally independent from the rest of the property. The pool area has a large terrace, a practical outside shower and the pool.

    Although the furniture could do with updating (especially the mattresses) the villa is lovely, in a perfect location. Menorca rentals manage it brilliantly and Isabel, on reception, was outstandingly helpful. Will stay there again. Only downside for us is the steps, having a disabled child that needs to be carried but that is a personal reason to us.
