Description
This impressive and traditional farmhouse has 7 bedrooms (with capacity for 14-16), 5 bathrooms, 2 open plan living / dining rooms, games room and interior patio. Two large families can easily enjoy separate vacations in this 1000 square meter villa on 6000 square meters of land that includes basketball area, soccer field, a large secured pool (6m x 12m) and a large terrace space that offers privacy and unrivaled landscapes and mountain views from each room / address.

Located at the foot of the National Park of Sant Llorenç del Munt and neighboring towns, the farmhouse is surrounded on all sides by a natural environment and trails for walking / riding a bike / 4x4. This gem offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the history of this fully preserved property from the early 1900s while enjoying all the benefits of an adventure getaway or the city with Barcelona.
The nearest village of Castellar del Vallès has excellent stables with lessons and excursions to the natural park. Within walking distance, the village also offers refurbished outdoor tennis courts, archery, paintball, bicycle rentals, shops, quads and a wide selection of restaurants.
