Description
Villa MaChri is located in the Marina di Novaglie, a small seaside resort on the Adriatic Sea located on the stretch of coast between Marina Serra and Ciolo, just a few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca.
Villa complete with all comforts, renovated in 2022, located in the Regional Natural Park Costa Otranto-Leuca. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (with the possibility of adding two additional beds), pets are welcome (but on request).
The distance from the sea is about 400 meters, easily reachable on foot, and is well connected to other beautiful places through the coastal road sp 358. The villa offers a spacious, safe and secluded environment.
A corner of paradise and tranquility where you can spend wonderful and relaxing days, surrounded by greenery and just a few meters from the sea.
Equipped with heating and Wi-Fi internet connection, Villa Machri is ideal for winter stays and smart working activities.
THE LOCATION
As already mentioned, Villa Machri is located in Marina di Novaglie, a charming promontory on the Adriatic coast that offers breathtaking views and landscapes of rare beauty, thanks to the cliffs overlooking the sea and the enchanting creeks and marine caves.
The privileged location of Villa Machri will give you a stay in peace and tranquility without giving up the convenience of having just meters from the sea and the center of the marina with the main activities ( restaurant, bar, food and beach bar).
Finally, just 3.5 km away you can reach the town of Corsano with additional useful services:
THE HOUSE
The house has been completely renovated, it is very elegant, rich and attention to detail.
Inside the house there are:
- 4 double bedrooms with bathroom in the room, one of which in the annex
- modern full kitchen with dishwasher and oven,
- open space well furnished with dining table and a beautiful window overlooking the garden-pool and barbecue area;
- laundry corner with washing machine;
Finally, the rooms are all air conditioned and equipped with smart TV and wifi internet connection.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE
Villa MaChri has a large private outdoor area, with several well-organized and comfortable environments.
In the front of the villa there is a large garden with lawn and equipped with play area, sun beds and relaxation area with private pool (7.35 x 3.75 meters) and outdoor shower.
In addition, a furnished and equipped porch with comfortable barbecue area and small outdoor kitchen, smart TV and mini bar, will allow you to organize delicious outdoor barbecues.
In the back of the villa there are 3 comfortable outdoor showers (masonry) and a large garden with organic fruit trees, completely fenced. Finally the villa also has ample parking inside the property, both outdoors and even indoors.

Nearby there is a minimarket to buy basic necessities, a restaurant well known for its location and cuisine (Ristorante Lo Scalo), a restaurant-pizzeria and a kiosk bar.
In addition, the territory is rich in coves and sea caves of inestimable beauty, visitable with a boat excursion (to organize your excursions we suggest: SeaSalento and Blu Marine);
Finally, for those who love walking and especially trekking, the area is rich in trails to walk. In this regard we point out the beautiful "Cipolliane path", a beautiful cave path overlooking the sea, about 700 meters from the villa and the Vie del Sale, ancient paths that also served for the "salt smuggling" and which connect the hinterland to the sea at several points.
