Description
The property consists of 4 independent apartments with shared outdoor spaces, including 2 large and comfortable swimming pools (sizes: 10×4 meters and 8×5 meters), an outdoor shower, a relaxation area with sun loungers and deckchairs, a barbecue, and private internal parking. Additionally, all apartments are equipped with air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Surrounded by olive groves and near countryside paths and roads, Residenza Arcangela offers maximum privacy and relaxation, even in its outdoor areas. It is particularly suitable for groups of people who wish to stay in the same location, sharing outdoor spaces and services, but with separate and independent accommodations.
The property is also available for short stays, ideal for anyone needing a quick, simple, and comfortable place to stay.
MELAGRANO APARTMENT
Located on the ground floor (with a small flight of stairs to access), the Melograno apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.
The apartment, approximately 70 sqm in size, consists of a kitchen/living room (with a sofa, LED TV, oven, dishwasher, pots, kitchen accessories, coffee machine, etc.), 3 bedrooms: one triple bedroom with a double and a single bed, one double bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed if needed), and a double bedroom with a bunk bed, plus two complete bathrooms with a shower box.
Outside, the apartment has its own furnished private veranda (not shared), ideal for a great breakfast in the morning or for outdoor dining.

Air conditioning (in the double bedroom and living room), TV, Wi-Fi, oven, dishwasher, 2 shared washing machines, hairdryer, shared barbecue, and full linen and towel service included.

Numerous cultural, gastronomic, musical, sports, and traditional activities are available in the immediate vicinity, especially during the summer season.
The surrounding landscape is rich in historical and natural sites, perfect for pleasant walks, sports activities, or trekking. Among the notable attractions are the pajare, typical farmhouses, and the Tratturi, ancient communication routes that connected the coast to the inland villages. Also not to be missed is the “Sentiero delle Cipolliane”, a beautiful cliffside trail that leads to the discovery of an environment and rural landscape of great significance.
