The Villa is situated in the area of Agia Anna in Kalafatis , just 50 m from the beach , offering panoramic sea views , over the Kalafatis bay & Stapodi island . Many other beaches like Kalo livadi , Loulos , Lia and Elia are also in very close proximity . Guests will enjoy full privacy throughout the 240 sq. m. of the villa, enabling them to make most of the amenities provided. All 7 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and accommodate up to 14 guests. The main terrace of 300 sq. m. is ideal for private receptions around the 90 sq. m. infinity pool with its modern furniture.
