Blackberry Cottage offers a thoughtful layout, perfect for families with accessibility needs. The ground floor features a spacious super-king bedroom. A fully equipped wet room provides a rain shower, WC, and basin, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay for guests requiring additional support.

The light-filled living area on the ground floor boasts bi-folding doors that seamlessly connect to the private (south-facing) garden. Relax and unwind in this inviting open plan living space after a day of exploring the beach. From the sitting area you walk through the superbly equipped kitchen to the dining area. Gather for laughter and shared meals in the lovely dining area, comfortably seating 8 around a large pine table. Unwind with a book, enjoy a family game night using the provided games and books, or plan your next Isle of Wight adventure.

Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families. One bedroom features a double bed, another offers twin beds, and the third room is a delightful bunk room, perfect for younger guests. A well-appointed family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, and basin completes the first floor.
Highchair, stairgate, and baby bath support ensure a stress-free stay for families with young children. Games and books are included for family entertainment.

Bembridge is a lovely seaside village on the East coast of the Isle of Wight, with a wonderful sand and rock pool beach, a couple of beach cafes selling local seafood and ice creams. Bembridge has a butchers, fishmongers, greengrocer, florist, chemist and co-op with a cash point, all 0.2 miles away in Sherborne Street / High Street. There are great coastal walks along the beach and coastal footpaths, where you will come across superb café’s and the popular Crab & Lobster Pub which overlooks the bay.

    A lovely property with everything you could need. The parking space was a bonus. The shops, including a lovely modern bakery were just around the corner. We all had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.
