Description

Beautiful property located in the charming village of Baguerge. Spectacular duplex newly built and fully decorated by our team of Luderna Design. Using the highest standards of decoration with top quality, modern and noble materials.

Distribution

Distributed on two floors, duplex type and with capacity for 5 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The main entrance floor welcomes us with a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and independent kitchen. A comfortable, luminous space with views of the village of Bagergue and its mountains.
On the same floor we find the master bedroom. With a double bed of 180 cm and en suite bathroom with shower.

Going up the wide wooden stairs, we access the upper floor with attic ceilings in light wood where we find the second bedroom.
The room has 2 single beds, a trundle bed and a large sofa where you can relax, read a book while you can see the mountains through the windows.

To complement the room we have a comfortable wooden dressing room next to the complete bathroom with bathtub.

Highlights

All the spaces in the house have been designed and decorated by the Luderna Design team. A project with works in natural woods such as walnut and birch to maintain the brightness and clarity that this house has.
With all these design and decoration works, the Moncasan apartment becomes our fourth accommodation belonging to our "COLLECTION RANGE". This range is the flagship of our management company and only 10 accommodations will be part of it.

It has a covered parking space in the same building and, during the winter season, it also offers another parking space and a ski locker at the foot of the slopes in Val de Ruda.
