Description
Cozy and modern penthouse designed for families that comfortably accommodates 6 people in a quiet comunity and a few steps from the city centre, the beach and 5 minutes drive from PortAventura. Fully exterior, consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room equipped with a 42inch SMART TV with NETFLIX that exits directly to the main terrace overlooking the garden. On the main terrace, all day sunny facing sounthwest, admire the sunset and enjoy the cool summer breeze that only offers a penthouse. The main terrace is furnished with table, chairs and a relaxing sofa sorrounded by green plants. There is also a service terrace with washing machine, drying rack and other utility services. Enjoy the calm of the area in a community garden with palmtrees and a few steps of the city touristic centre. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need for your great well deserved holidays.

The Beach “dels Capellans” has intercity public services like parking, toilets, showers, telephone, sunbeds and parasols, water sports, lifeguard and rescue unit, restaurants and beach bars. It also offers a direct bus line to tourist destinations like the famous Port Aventura theme park, water park Aquapolis, Barcelona, etc.In the same beach “dels Capellans” starts the famous ' Camino de Ronda'. Enjoy this romantic and relaxing pedestrian promenade along the coast surrounded by natural rocks and stunning sea views connecting to the “Levante” Beach.
