Details

Spacious, modern and bright villa only 100 meters away from the sandy beach with a private pool and direct access to the beach. The property is setting in 2 levels, is immersed in the wonderful pine forest of Roccamare whose private park is fully fenced and controlled by a keeper, and the beach is blue flagged (quality and clean sea). Roccamare has one of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches in all Tuscan Coast and all villas have direct access to the beach. This makes it a safe place for families and children. The white sandy beach is only accessible to the villa owners and their guests.
Near the sea the guests have their private beach hut with table and chairs and a private cabin (to be used as a changing room or to store beach equipment). Access to the area is not allowed to outsiders. It is an area reserved exclusively to villa owners and everyone has their personal cabin or bungalow.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful private park, equipped with a seating area for about ten people, a barbecue and a large table for dining with family or friends. All rooms of the property have a splendid view on the garden and the pine forest. The whole are is enclosed by a high hedge.
Villa Roccamare is a two story building: on the first floor there is a comfortable living-room with French windows overlooking the garden, flat screen Tv with Hi-fi stereo system, DVD player and Satellite Tv. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining-room with a dining table for about 18 people. The 2 living areas also extends outside where there is a nice stony patio suitable for outdoor dining and barbecue with 3 tables for about 18 people. On the same level, there are 4 air conditioned bedrooms overlooking the garden: the first one has 2 bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom, the two remaining rooms are a twin and a double one, both with ensuite bathrooms.
On the lower level there is a small restroom with a shower, a laundry (with a washing machine and a dryer), a spacious living room with armchairs, sofas, Tv and a table for 8 people; the remaining 3 bedrooms (air conditioned) are composed of 2 single bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, another room with 1 single bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
Villa Roccamare is a great choice for a big group of friends or families who want to spend an absolutely relaxing vacation in an "easy living" villa just a few steps away from the seaside.
The villa can be booked only for one month in the period from June and September.
Included in the price: Final cleaning;house and garden maintenance; utilities (water and gas); electricity up to 300 kw/h per week; towels and sheets provided.
Excluded from the price: Heating; electricity more than 300 kw/h per week.
Security Deposit: Customers are required to pay 10.000€ security deposit upon arrival (by credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
This apartment for rent is not a hotel, agritourism, B&B or similar, and therefore by law, extra services similar to those you may find in these types of accommodations, such as a reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during your stay, and amenity kits with soaps etc. are strictly prohibited.
