Surrounded by a large park (10 hectares) with olive trees, the villa has a private swimming pool with changing room and panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
On one side of the building, there is a large yard with ornamental citrus plant.
Among the outdoor furnishings you will find a dining table for 8 people, parasol, deck chairs and barbecue for pleasant alfresco meals.
The villa, which is accessed through an electric gate and an independent driveway, guarantees the maximum safety thanks to the night surveillance and the alarm system.
Moreover guests can rent (on request for an extra fee of 100,00€ per day) a spacious tavern (12 x 6 m), used as kitchen/dining room, located next to the villa. Inside the tavern there is a long wooden dining table with benches for 15 people, kitchen area, fireplace and barbecue to make tasty grills with friends.

Montecatini Terme is a renowned spa resort, well-known for its historic Liberty-style villas and for its monumental thermal baths belonging to the Tettuccio complex. The swimming pool and outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of guests.
There are also 2 additional single beds (that can be coupled) located in a room that can only be accessed from a double bedroom and that connects the double bedroom with the bathroom; this room is more suitable for children as it provides less privacy, but this is not compulsory, it can be used by anyone.
Entering the main entrance on the ground floor, we find a large and bright living area, with direct access to the outdoor courtyard through French doors. This room is furnished in classical style with sofas, a fireplace, a piano, elegant carpets and a dining table for 20 people.
This is followed by a bathroom with shower and an anteroom with wooden stairs leading to the loft located on the upper level and equipped with a double bed and air conditioning.
There is also a second living area, furnished in rustic style with armchairs, a fireplace and a dining table for 6 persons. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen (with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and wooden table).

Ideal accommodation for families with children or couples wishing to spend a pleasant holiday in the countryside, just a few kilometres from the spa centre of Montecatini Terme and about half an hour's drive from Florence.
This rented flat is not a hotel, agriturismo, B&B or similar and therefore by law extra services similar to those you might find in these types of accommodation, such as reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, supplying meals and drinks, cleaning and changing linen during the stay, courtesy kits with soaps etc. are strictly forbidden.
